Your right to cancel or withdraw

You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives your order. If it arrives in separate parcels, the last one counts.

• Tell us before the period ends — using the form below. Simply returning goods without notifying us first is not sufficient.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage; we recommend a tracked service and advise keeping your proof of postage.
• We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge, no later than 14 days after you notify us. We may withhold it until the items reach us or you show proof of sending them. No restocking fee is deducted.
• Condition: you may handle items as you would in a shop. If they have been handled beyond that — worn, washed, marked, tags removed — we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
